•Manage a team of 50 Contingent Work Force from Kelly Services for IT infrastructure Management of Intel process. (Bangalore, Mumbai, Delhi - 7 Locations).
•Scope of work include Client Services- CSR- PC Support, Network and Telecom Services (NTS), Data Center Services, Backup related Activities, Engineering Computing, Engineering Computing Asset Management, Storage Support, Windows and Linux administration.
•Monthly Review / Appraisals.
•Contract Renewal and Invoicing.
•Interacting with Intel respective group on project planning, scheduling and necessary interaction with stakeholders.
•Manage overall project KPI achievement; work with Intel for operation upgrade/ enhancement.
•Compile and present necessary Operation reports to respective Intel service line manager.
•Data for Operation Analysis purposes (if required by Intel for business review & strategy planning).
•Decide/Plan/Manage the resources allocation/movement in regards to work coverage & overtime.
•Monitor & Propose improvement plan for each of the team member quarterly.
•Joining / Induction Process, Six Stage Hiring Process, Staffing and Management, Bench / Replacement Process, Employee Engagement.
•SPOC for Employee connect & grievance handling.
•Manage the Intel contract as per SOW & 100% SLA.
•Responsible for Rewards & Recognitions programs for contract employees.
•Responsible customer C SAT, Perception Improvement & Contract renewal.
Monthly Review / Appraisals:
•Monthly feedback meeting with PM & candidates.
•Quarterly review – Technical / Personal.
•Make sure that KRA’s will be set before the 7th day of candidate’s joining.
•Quarterly client satisfaction meeting with appropriate Managers.
•Quarterly Client service meeting by the Kelly Quality / Service team
