Responsibilities:
The duties of a hotel housekeeper include cleaning the hotel room quickly, efficiently and neatly, and maintaining neat and clean carts, storage rooms, equipment and supplies. Other duties are maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude on guests and staffs and labelling and submitting all lost and found items.
❑ Talking to people on the phone - answering a wide range of telephone
calls. And deal with a wide variety of tasks, from taking a quick message to resolving a complicated customer service issue.
❑ Sending quotes(statement), invoices, general emails.
❑ Administration skills. Experience of administration with a logistics warehouse / dispatch environment.
❑ To be responsible for the development, maintenance and upkeep of incoming dispatched of credit goods / stock. To maintain a flow of work within the department. To have proficient skills and knowledge of transport / dispatch systems. To ensure that a good telephone manner is prevailed at all times. Directs storage and distribution activities of the company.
❑ Ensures products, parts or supplies are shipped or received in an efficient manner. Evaluates inventory on hand. Knowledge of preparing letter, overseeing stock control and processing orders will accept orders from distributors and use its best efforts to deliver them within a reasonable time. user. to treat as confidential all information supplied.
