i have a key skills in production and manufacturing. I did my BE project in Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) Bangalore. I have got industrial work experience in HAL by carried out the project. My project title is "Detection and Rectification of Vibration in Main Rotor and Tail Rotor of Advanced Light Helicopter (ALH)". Vibration is a major cause for failure in mechanical system. Where as we cannot eliminate the causes due to vibration, we just minimize it to a permissible limit where we can operate safely, so there is a need of isolation system in every mechanical system. I have a good technical skill and communication.

Studies on dry sliding wear behaviour of Hybrid Metal Matrix Composites
This study investigates, Aluminum 2219 alloy base reinforced Hybrid MMC with of Boron Carbide and Graphite particulates, composites produced by stir casting method. specimen were prepared as per ASTM G99 Standard and tested under Pin-On-Disc wear test rig. The wear resistance of matrix composite has been investigated as a function of Load, Sliding Speed, and Volume fraction of the particles. The experiments were conducted through conventional method, DoE method and microstructural studies were carried out by imagine analyzer. The results shows that, in conventional method, the reinforced composite Aluminum 2219-15%B4C-5%Gr shows improvement in wear resistance than that of Aluminum 2219-10%B4C-5%Gr, further when tested under DoE method revealed that the Applied Load is the dominant factor followed by Sliding Speed. From the microstructure the worn surface it is found that there is uniform distribution of B4C and Gr particulates in the matrix material. The properties of the composites containing B4C and Gr were superior to that of the matrix material.
