HR • Manpower Planning & Recruitment: Analyzing and forecasting of HR requirement and implementation of Manpower Recruitment Plans as per budget. Recruiting staff end-to-end process.
• MIS: Generate all reports on Current Manpower, New Joinees; Attrition details Employee Personal Details, Performance Rating, Experience details.
• Training and Development: Conducting Induction programs to New Joinees; Finding the Training needs of employees in respect of MD’s feedback and through Performance Appraisal.
• Statutory Compliance: Filling various returns on Monthly, Half Yearly and Annually (PF, ESI LWF, Prof. Tax). Preparation and maintaining of registers under Labour Acts. Renewal of all Licence Registrations.
• General HR duties: Final settlement of Resigned Employees, Liasoning with Labour Department and Other Department’s Officers, Resolving Employee Queries/Problems, Handling the day-to-day disciplinary proceedings. Ensuring Hotel/Travel bookings and Streamlining Traveling and Conveyance Allowances.
