Management / organizational and leadership skills: I have just achieved an experience in Jordan at the Foundation for the Future where I developed knowledge and skills in planning, monitoring and evaluation including developing tools and techniques. In addition of being a Grants Officer, I coordinated the programme activities in North Africa through the planning, design and implementation process (post revolution programme in Libya and Tunisia), supervising a team of 7 people by directing them and assigning tasks, etc. I also developed mixed approaches for M&E (qualitative and quantitative data collection).
