I'm currently taking Bread Baking Fundamentals Class in International School of Culinary Arts and Hospitality Management (ISCAHM) I'm 1 more session into completion for receiving my certificate.
I can make pandesal, danish breads, doughnuts, french bread, raisin breads and 4 grain breads, cheesecakes, cakes, french macaron, vanilla soufle and applie pie.
