My role involved Sales and Merchandising.My responsibilities are as follows;
1.I executed orders and ensured that I met the Sales targets.
2.I fighted for space and ensured good product display on the shelf.
3.I increased ehub market share by being part of team that presented samples of our products to new customers.
4.I ensured that my customers were satisfied by ensuring consistency.I ensured my products were not out of stock.
5.I was also involved in delivery of our products to our customers.I ensured the products were delivered on time.
6.I increased product lines in supermarkets.Whenever we had a new listed product I easly added and executed it on my order.This due to my good relationship with my customers.
7.I have done despatch and ensured correct products and correct quantities were delivered to supermarkets.I was in charge of clearing the products.
8.I ensured my products and shelf was clean.This increased my sales
9.I ensured products were arranged properly on the shelf and that they have price tags.
10.I ensured I have a good working rapport with my customers and this helped me to solve any problems easily.
11.I frequently gave a report to the management on the performance of each of my products and adviced them on products that were not performing well.I also told them customer complains on time.
12.I have also played part in other roles that I was asked to do by management.
13.I encouraged team work and worked as a team.I also ensured I had good discipline,respect and made my contributions during staff meetings.
