Prepare FMIC for JCI Accreditation

My project was to estabilish a working force and trained them for JCIA standards so they will prepare FMIC for JCIA certification From October 2011 to September 2012. I have completed my task well within the set period and we have done two internal audits as well. The score we got in last audit was 9.2 out of 10.

Estabilish Diagnostic division At FMIC Kabul

I have been assigned to estabilis diagnostic division in French Medical institute for Children in Kabul in July 2011 and i have completed this task within one year by estabilishing Clinical Laboratory, Radiology, Pharmacy, Food Services and Health Information Management System.
