Translated into English by Ahmad Sadri under the new title Saddam City and published by Saqi Press, 2003. It has since been translated into Italian: Spartaco, Napoli. Italy, 2006.

• 1959: Chaos in the Alley: Butchers' Strike in Mosul. Novel manuscript deposited with the Union of Iraqi writers.

• 1963: "February 8" An old case. Baghdad. Iraqi Writers Union. (This novel was destroyed two days after publication by the coup government).

• 1968: Rhythm and Obsession. Novel, published in Syria. Damascus. Dar al mada. 1995.
