• Day to day routine maintenance, annual schedule maintenance and long term maintenance plan to run the plant in safe and smooth condition.

• Rehabilitation work of acid plant was done under my supervision. Rehabilitation of LCFL was a mini erection work which, this include replacement or removal of damage piping, extensive repair of plant equipments, internal inspection of vessels and box-up of the plant and commissioning /start-up activities.

Responsibility Statement:-
• Routine maintenance, trouble shooting, predictive maintenance and overhauling of centrifugal compressor (both BCL and MCL type of M/s Nuovo Pignone Italy, M/s Borsig W/Germany, Steam Turbines (having capacity 0.4 to 10 MW each of M/s ABB W/Germany and centrifugal/reciprocating pump of different manufacturers.


MAJOR ASSIGNMENT AT PAK SAUDI FERTILIZERS LTD.
Being Incharge of stationary equipment and fabrication shop , the following major jobs at PSFL were carried out under my supervision and guidance.

A. PSFL BMR PROJECT
* Installation of cooling water under ground piping dia 48" from new cooling tower to urea plant.
* Laying and installation of cooling water line and fire fighting lines size ½"to 10" from new cooling tower to utility plant.
* Installation of cooling water circulation pumps, cooling tower fans, gear boxes etc.
* Assembly of internal filling of new cooling tower(03 cell)
* Installation of different vessels of new cooling tower.

B. AMMONIA PLANT
* Installation of new ammonia chiller with knock out drum at suction of synthesis gas compressor for the cooling of synthesis gas .By doing this modification Ammonia production increased 90~100 ton/ day at the same steam consumption.
* Repair of waste heat boiler having capacity of 210 Ton/hr steam on different occasion.
* Replacement of tube bundle of waste heat boiler(Wt 40 Ton) by new one.
* Replacement of 110 Nos. tubes of primary reformer by new ones.
* Replacement of damaged portion of upper half of Co2 stripper at Ammonia plant. This was a special job and the total weight of the column upper portion was 80 ton at 45 meter height. All the arrangements such as rigging study, errection of crane, cutting / removal of damaged upper half and installation of new one was carried out under my supervision and guidance and according to standard Engg. Practices.
