Keeping track of all financial dealings of the company on a daily basis.
Ensuring the match of purchase orders and receipts
Checking worker’s time card and allocate cost to respective project
Taking care of lease agreements and ensuring that all the related finances are up to date
Making entries into respective journals and ledgers
Preparing bank reconciliation
Preparing various financial statements such as invoice sheets, receipts, credit statements and expenses accounts
Reconciliation of balance sheet accounts, petty cash payments, payroll related payables, loan and deferring of income accounts
Process Letter of credit, coordinate with customs, clearance etc
Calculation of landed cost
Monitor inventory movements and control sheet
Closing the financial books and in producing monthly cash flow, profit and loss statements
Assist in preparing audit schedules and working closely with the auditors to ensure that auditing completed in time.
