As a guest relation hostess I had to care of everything concerning the clients, that is complains, suggestions. I was also involved in other task such as order for clients, vat invoices, membership card, information entry for delivery, vat invoice info, credit note, shipment, pending orders, I also ha to take care of the cashiers, of the cash inflow day to day.
