Summary:

Throughout working years, I have demonstrated my ambitious, talent and creativity to deliver responsibilities assigned in a professional manner. Having the opportunity of joining most of the employers I worked for at their initial growing stage gave me the opportunity of learning and developing on a strong base. Starting from scratch added to my knowledge, skills and abilities the infinity of know how in facing challenges, solving problems, and dealing with humane resources from different natures and cultures.

Repeated success in every new challenge assigned to me, resulted in progressive increase in responsibilities and promotions. Having the ability to adapt to changes, the confident personality and the ability to change throughout convincing skills and knowledge of best practices gained from working experience and educational background are a key success in my career path.
Reaching supervisory level gave me the first step leading junior teams and celebrating outcomes of teamwork on a departmental level. While being at a high level management roles of managerial or directorate is even more amazing in terms of outcomes celebrations; I witnessed my objectives for different roles growing and reaching community recognitions, which in deed added to my confident personality and ability to give even more.

Being creative thinker, believing in creativity in every thing including work, makes me segregate my teams always to three groups; either thinkers with an ambitions to do, or frustrated thinkers or absent thinkers. I support the first, encourage the second and help the third......
