I am an energetic, go-getter individual with a zest for knowledge. I am a current Masters student in Intercultural Communications at Stellenbosch university. I have completed my undergraduate degree BA Communications and Psychology and a Post Graduate diploma in Intercultural communications. I am a keen cricketer and sports fanatic and I love the outdoors and being active. Along with being outdoors I am a keen traveler and have been fortunate enough to experience the cultures of various countries. Through traveling I have developed my passion for Intercultural communication as every situation in a foreigner is an event and has its own obstacles to overcome. When it comes to work I am a hardworking and motivated individual, with a real willingness to learn quickly, adapt and then produce what is required. Helping and motivating people is what I enjoy most and having the skills to do so, is what I aim to achieve. A team is only as strong as its weakest links, but what if there are no weak links? The team can only do great things and this is what I aim to achieve through the proper communication skills and cultural knowledge.
I am currently a Masters student in Intercultural Communications at the University of Stellenbosch. My thesis is on "Intercultural Communication and the community of practice of a South African sports team".
