 Analyzed design drawings and set economical manufacturing process sequences for the aircraft components using Catia V5 as a modelling tool.
 Planned and prioritized more than 1000 components based on assembling sequences, ensuring timely supply to their respective assemblies.
 Involved in the outsourcing of components and persuading vendors for timely supply of the components
 Involved in preparing quotations ranging from 0.2 million - 4 million (INR) towards outsourced components

Increasing customer traction to newly developed service ‘WIC’

1) Devised a planning strategy to achieve the project objective of increasing customer traction by 20% by the end of 3 months
2)Identified potential influencers on social network by an application called ‘Klout’ and segregating based on the topics they influence and allotted roles and responsibilities to various team members to extract the relevant information
3) Divided the project into manageable stages like a) extracting Klout influencers with a score greater than 30 b) segregate the influencers based on geography, topics and level of influence c) networking on a daily basis and d) keep an eye on traction increase / decrease based on google analytics report
4)Analysing the feedback provided by google analytics on a daily basis and making necessary changes in the plans to achieve the desired result
5) Documented all the experiences learnt while implementing the project so that it saves time and effort and also increases the understanding of probable risks involved for future projects
6) Communicating all the relevant and necessary information to the top management and getting their buy in when and where required
