In July 2006 I started to work at Sediba Water & Sewage under Millennium Waste Management. I worked as a sewage plant Supervisor at Town Lands Plant in Rustenburg.

My responsibilities were as follows:
• Supervision of operators and Trainee Operators
• Control all sewage plant operations and pump station activities
• Utilization of chemicals in accordance with procedures
• Daily instructions to operators and pump station attendants
• Daily instructions to garden team
• Ensure that operators are operating correctly and within safety standards
• Preparation of work schedules and progress reports
• Review laboratory reports and implement recommendation at instruction
• Prepare maintenance schedules for all equipment
• Record all treatment and disposal activities
• Daily inspection of plants, pump and dump stations
