HR Training and Skills Development Officer


From March 2009

• Implement and Co-ordinating of training programs based on organizational needs and goals as defined by management and strategy of the organization
• In consultation with managers, using questionnaires and surveys to establish the training needs and requirements of NHLS employees.
• Compile work place skills plan(WSP) for NHLS and Annual training report(ATR)
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for all training interventions/activities that took place.
