cvBS(Convergent Billing System) was awarded to ZTE Afghanistan from Etisalat Afghanistan to make convergent Billing Solution for its GSM Network in Afghanistan, cvBS is an integrated convergent billing solution for both GSM(Prepaid/Postpaid) subscribers that contain Rating&OnlineCharging, Billing Management, Accounts Receivable, Balance Management , Collection&Provisioning, Customer Care, Roaming, Settlement, System Management, Inventory Management and Sales&Marketing Management Modules
Responsibilities:
I am working on Etisalat Afghanistan cvBS Project on behalf of ZTE and following are my responsibilities on this project
o Manager O&M team of CvBS Project covering all modules Rating&Charging, Billing, Customer Care, Provisioning, Order Management, Inventory Management, Mediation, Settlement/Roaming
o Manage & Perform daily, weekly and Monthly system maintenance, System monitoring checks, db performance tuning activities mainly history data backups/archrivals and provide operational support to Etisalat all team including Rating&Charging, CRM&Provisioining and Mediation/Settlement/Roaming Teams
o Provide prompt support to Etisalat Rating&Charging Operation team to configure new price plans and launch new promotions in system as per concept note of Etisala
