Duties: Preparation of PPAP, Time-study of machines, Labor efficiency, Machine downtime, Stocktaking, Monthly summary, Capability studies for new & old parts. Process inspection of inline material, Quality inspection of finished parts. Ensuring that the right drawing is allocated to the CNC machine

4. South African Navy
Position: Student Submariner
Duties: Undergoing physical and mental training as it is a necessity for military personnel.
Being taught leadership skills which will assist in the working environment.
Learning how the different parts of the submarine and how it operates

Duties: Maintaining the machinery on the shop floor.
Working with basic hand too, drilling machines, welding, grinders, lathe machine, spanners, copper hammer, vice bench. Improving the flow of the plant so as to minimize breaking downs of the machinery. Making sure that we abide by the safety regulations of the company.
