• DEALING WITH GENERAL CORRESPONDENCE; ASSISTING THE COURT WITH PAYMENTS; COURT RESULTS
• ASSIST PUBLIC PROSECUTOR WITH ALL TRAFFIC RELATED MATTERS
• JUNIOR SYSTEM ADMINISTRATOR AND JUNIOR IT TECHNICIAN (LIAISION BETWEEN CENTRAL IT DEPARTMENT (HEAD OFFICE) AND ADMINISTRATION DEPARTMENT, TROUBLE SHOOTING OUR SYSTEM FOR ANY FAULTS
• ENSURING THAT ALL SYSTEM PERIPHERALS (1 ROUTER, 2 SUB-SWITCHES, 50 PC'S, 10 HP LASERJET PRINTERS, 1 RICOH PRINTER, 4 FAX MACHINES) ARE ALL IN GOOD WORKING ORDER EFFECTIVE FOR USERS
• PROVIDING TECHNICAL SUPPORT TO A STAFF COMPLIMENT OF +50 USERS AS THE NEED ARISES, PROVIDE TRAINING FOR NEW USERS AS DEEMED NECESSARY BY BRANCH MANAGER AND TRAFFIC CHIEF
