I have a two years City and Guilds diploma in Professional cookery and have worked the following kitchens in the last three years: Protea Hotel Nelspruit, MRTT (H.T.A), crossings super spar (Hot Deli section), Zest restaurant and fine dining, Bairro restaurant and now working as sous chef at Nelspruit Hotel and Conference centre. I am a team worker and love creating great food and highly pleased when guests complement my food.
