I want to take this opportunity to turn my dream into reality and constructively apply my professional education and experience working with your organisation. I have worked as a conflict resolution facilitator at Phaphama Initiatives for a period of 8years; working as a facilitator enabled me to build healthy relations with those I worked with. Within that period I project managed a Youth Club that was focused on “Youth actualisation and community building”. In the project I developed process that enabled young people to freely express themselves in an environment that was not judgemental. The energy I used assisted in establishing healthy relations between the members and their surrounding relatives, friends and families thereby increasing their capacity to learn in school. I also administered finances for the organisation which proved to be well accounted for.

I am a flexible and versatile person who is able to maintain a sense of humour under any pressure; poised and competent with demonstrated ability to easily transcend cultural differences. Thrive in deadline driven environments and excellent team-building skills moreover manage group dynamics and participant by applying appropriate learning content.
