* Facilitated the transfer of phone numbers from straight talk to and from other companies.
* Did activation/deactivation of straight talk phones.
* Fixed problems using different billing systems from other companies other than straight talk, such as t-mobile, Verizon, At&t etc.
* Worked with both CDMA and GSM phones.
* Issued new phones if phone was found to be defective, after following basic troubleshooting steps.
