Summary:

Worked in the field as an Operator authorised for operating on systems from 11kv up to and including 132kv until March 2007. April 2007 I joined what was then called Training Department still in Distribution as Officer Technical Training, qualified as a Mentor, Facilitator, Assessor & Moderator presenting all operator Training programs such as ORHVS, 33&132kv Operating Procedures and Basic Power System Protection for Distribution operating staff up to until June 2011. Then I joined Eskom transmission in July 2011 as Officer Technical Training for Central Grid still involved with Training of Transmission Operating & maintenance staff presenting courses such as ORHVS etc. and doing administration of these types of training up to until today. I am also involved as an Assessor with authorization assessments of Central Grids staff & Contractors. I've been involved with lot of projects since I started with Eskom and that allowed me to grow into who I am today. I am a qualified Electrician with an N4 certificate and registered with ESETA as an Assessor & Moderator also registered professionally as a Human Resource Associate with SABPP and in year 2011 December I obtained my MDP qualification at the University Of KwaZulu Natal, School of Business in Westville Durban Campus. Therefore I believe the experience and training gained thus far will enable me to fit well within this position as I have been working with personnel and maintaining quality mostly my entire life working for Eskom. I am currently involved in ORHVS Training Delivery Admin & planning, ORHVS Authorization and currently appointed as a Chief Apprenticeship coordinator for Transmission.
