Psychoanalytic Counselling is based on Psychodynamic Counselling along with others, such as Person Centred and Existential; my choices that give more breath to my work. I would suggest that the client who asks more of themselves would seek to find out more when personal problems arise, and to this end my approach would be more valuable than the Cognitive Behavioural approach used most widely in T&T. Because I would go in deeper, the client is left with more information to assist him/her in their inner-world healing, a process that becomes more meaningful and lasting, eventually. With me, the work can be longer time wise, but so much better value for money.
Some of the problems I help with are:- Anxiety, Depression, Suicidal Feelings, Panic attacks, Sexual Abuse, Relationship Issues, Trauma etc... I can of course do time-limited work also.
I work with Individuals, Couples, Parents and Children and Families.

I am a UK trained counsellor, whose training includes Psychodynamic, Person Centred, and Existential. These three allow me to help you to better heal your life. Some therapies stay on the surface... giving you exercises and other behavioural skills, while my approach helps you to get into your past, where the problem began, so that your healing becomes total. If it's difficult to go into your past, then my Existential training comes in well here. I particularly help individuals, but also work with couples, families, and teenagers.... any situation that causes anxiety, depression, marital, domestic violence, work related issues, trauma; any problems you might have with your life. Talking with someone who knows how to listen is vital to the sense you want to make of your emotional self... and your life.
