Life & Career Coach

Spiritual Vision

January 2008 - January 2008

Coaching in the essence is the practice of supporting an individual to go confidently in the direction of their dreams; may it be personal or professional. It takes place through broadening the awareness of the individual to the infinite possibilities that lie in front of them, and to support them through the actions taken towards those dreams. It also includes redefining the “negative labels” in their life and see the hidden opportunities that could be hidden underneath those “negative labels”

The agenda and the priorities of the coaching usually come from the client, yet the coaching process deals with the client’s whole life as an integrated system.

I usually utilize lots of techniques including active listening, visualization, Metaphors, NLP (and sometimes more advanced ones like regression) to facilitate the process.

While I should not provide solutions to the client, I work to increase the awareness of the client to see the solutions, choose among them, as well as support the implementation process.

Coaching could take place in the form of one to one meetings, phone conversations (emails could also work, but it is not advisable unless it is for follow-up)
