Scheme account Duties: Working accounts in arrears due to fraudulent Activities committed by 3rd parties externally on
Standard bank clients Accounts.
To strive for rehabilitation & or normalization of accounts
where immediate & future potential to repay the debt is evident. Where the clients has demonstrated an inability to commit to the immediate repayment of instalments raised and or meet future commitments arranged with Bank, to proceed with necessary legal action in order to protect the bank's interest. Motivate payment proposals with necessary system supported prints to manager in order to rehabilitate or normalise accounts. Draft and sent Section 129 letters, Certificate of Balances to both clients and attorneys. Assigning matters to attorneys, monitoring as normal Foreclosure or Defended. Keeping record of account inflow and drops by compiling spreadsheets and stats, also keeping a manual filing system. Maintaining positive relationships with attorneys, clients and management. Checking and verifying payments for services rendered, submitting invoices and statements to Finance. Updating the system with progression of legal stages for example Summons, Judgment, Attachment & Sale details. On accounts up to date/paid up, an Up to date letter is forwarded. MIS and daily stats
Third Party Sales, Duties: Monitor regular inflow of Notices of Sale/Sale conditions from either the Branches in SA, the sheriffs or the Third party attorneys to enable timeous replies with calculations of reserve prices or Certificate of Balances on the respective accounts or properties to go on auction after being attached by the Third Party entity.

S64(Secondary state for business support to update account & adjust figures), if zero balance on arrears reflect then Legal hold remove, route L06(Rehabilitation review), when team leader does quality check and route Inactive. Portfolio made up of Pretoria & KZN, target is R22.400 million.
