Projects

The project is to treat waste water from Jazan area using SBR technology.

The project is to treat waste water from Jazan area using SBR technology.
The sewage treatment plant will be installed to treat domestic wastewater from Jazan area (in Saudia Arabia). Plant average design flow is 30’000 m3/day. The plant is to treat average daily flows ranging from 20% to 100% of the average design flow and the aeration capacity was designed for 200% of the average design load.
The plant supplied was based on a SBR technology. The plant involved motorized equipments, valves, piping, electrical & instrumentation equipments and automation.

2nd EXPANSION OF TEMPORARY STP AT INTERNATIONAL CITY

The nature of the project is installing and commissioning of a wastewater treatment system complete with specified pump stations.
The Sewage treatment plant is installed to treat wastewater from international city area, which is complete with labor camps, buildings, restaurants, cafeteria and commercial laundry facilities. Plant average design flow is 7000 m3/day. The plant is to treat average daily flows ranging from 33% to 100% of the average design flow and the aeration capacity was designed for 200% of the average design load.

The plant supplied was based on MBR technology. The plant involved motorized equipments, valves, piping, electrical & instrumentation equipments and automation.

The treated water was used as utility water for labor camps; buildings and government use for example, water for irrigation.

A Membrane Bio Reactor (MBR) technology was employed to achieve the desired product.

The duration of the project was approximately 12 months.

RO for Queens Land Curtis LNG Project for MWDD Containerized Plant

It is a water contracting "EPC" project. A 2000m3/day (83 m3/hr) sea water desalination plant is to be constructed to treat high TDS 38000ppm (salinity due to total dissolved solids) so output can be used to supply potable water required during construction phase of Queens Land Curtis LNG project.
The job completion requires detailed engineering, equipments procurement/supply, supervision on installation, testing and commissioning.
Engineering/design, supply of all Electrical equipments, delivery to site, install, testing and commission of a successful operable plant to treat 2000m3/day sea water flows for QCLNG.
The treated water was used as utility water for labor camps.
An Ultra Filtration (UF) technology was employed to achieve the desired product.
The duration of the project was approximately 13 months
