• Preparing Itineraries/Travel and Hotel arrangements/Tour Expense reports for directors
• Handling of day to day petty cash expenses & voucher entries.
• Assist with preparation of the budget
• Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.
• Upkeep of office administrative facilities and ensure availability of daily miscellaneous requirements to provide harmonious work culture to employees
• Maintaining all the joining formalities
• Induction Process
• Maintaining employee files/records
• Ensure the relevant HR database is up to date
• Administering employee benefits
• Book keeping
• Times Management
• Leaves Managements
• Maintaining HRIS reports
• Assistant in the recruitment process i.e. coordinate the interview with the respective department, set up the interviews and issue relevant correspondence
• Exit Interviews and settlement formalities
• Making Pay slips.
• Assistant in the process of Pay roll part to the HR Head.
