Color with Mona

January 2002 - January 2002

Color is a subtle yet important part of the way we interact with our environment. I help people choose colors and textures for home or business with a sensibility of their personal health and environmental concerns. I re-educated my clients on the importance of natural lighting for health, and healthy color choices for conserving energy.

Whether your home, office, gym or sanctuary, color has the ability to create calmness, intensify energy, assist with focusing, or give you a feeling of cozy nesting. Ambiance, mood and emotion play a large role in how we experience colors and textures of a room. What is also of great importance is lighting, and the two come hand in hand. With proper lighting, one can see and experience the many ways in which color changes throughout the day. Knowing how to play with these mediums and having Mona's expert facilitation is a first step in changing your environment.
