Summary:

 Responsible for managing day-to-day operations regarding to supervision,
 Completed other responsibilities including order submission, delivery and shipment tracking of orders, quoting etc,
 Directly involved with the preparation of requests,
 Done various other duties as needed and as assigned,
 Responsible for supervising various projects and deadlines,
 Arrangement of Spares for MDT’s and troubleshooting ,
 Motivate and direct technical team,
 Managed PMR reports, SRO and other assign duties.
 Handled key inventory tasks and monitored for inventory discrepancies
 Reviewed existing inventory control procedures and revised them wherever required
 Prepared inventory reports and highlighted low stock ,
 Recorded inventory inspection finding and reported discrepancies wherever necessary,
 Monitoring the inventory for additional and subtractions of spares.
 Managed Administrative work reporting directly to Project Manager ,
 Supervision of Administrative Staff,
 Submit monthly reports regarding the Inventory.
 Implementing internal budget control measures and send report about its effectiveness,
 Collect the necessary information and the source documents relating to Movement of Spares.
 Preparing time Sheets of Employees and tracking their OT’s on weekly basis.
