Current Job Profile:
➢ Dedicated on MAAZA HOT FILL & MAAZA TETRA PAK line
➢ All chemical testing's of ready syrups and beverages like brix, acidity, Ph, viscosity, particle size measurement.
➢ Testing of date code, packaging attributes, net content, storage condition Operating and monitoring of sterilizer and pasteurizer.
➢ Monitoring of CCP of sterilizer and pasteurizer like time, temperature and flow of beverage in the sterilizer and pasteurizer.
➢ Packaging testing of Tetra Pak like leakage test of transverse and vertical sealing's, integrity test, dye test, electrolytic test, H2O2 residue test, date code print, packing attributes and stacking and storage condition
➢ Plan and conduct C.I.P of Line, Sterilizer and Pasteurizer as per company protocol.
➢ Testing of G.V (Gas volume) and brix, ph in the carbonated soft drinks.
➢ Monitoring of bottle washer of RGB.
➢ Preparation of ready plain syrups for the preparation of different beverages.
➢ Determination and testing of shelf life of different beverages.
➢ Qualitative testing of pet bottles for the bottling of different beverage.
➢ Testing of Ph, Hardness, Acidity, Chlorine content of RO water and treated water.
➢ Calibration of lab equipments and ready beverage tanks.
➢ Determination of shelf life of the products and their monitoring.
➢ Handling of C.R.C. from the market.
➢ Participation in D.M.S program to resolve the problems on production line.
➢ Maintenance of record and documentation and online reporting.
➢ Maintenance of GLP in lab and GMP, GHP and GHK practices in the production areas and filling rooms.
➢ Implementation of HACCP, ISO-22000 and 5-S on shop floor.
