Modeling the components of TRITIUM IN WATER MONITOR (TWM 4014)

TRITIUM IN WATER MONITOR (TWM 4014) is used in Nuclear Power Station to detect the Radiactive element TRITIUM. Based on the details given by the NPCIL profile drawings, 3D models are generated
Responsibilities

➢ Modeling and preparing drawing for TWM 4014 Components.

➢ Reviewing with Team Members for technical specification inquiries from client.

➢ Involved Design changes as per client Design requests.

➢ Preparing all drawings and technical documents, Indents and Estimation.

➢ Preparing Bill of materials (BOM) of the above works for material requisitions.

➢ Preparing cost estimation for the parts which are incorporated in this project.

➢ Producing assembly drawings for the parts using mechanical software like Pro.E.

➢ Converting 3D models into Auto CAD and preparing final drawings.

➢ As a engineer responsible for modeling and assemblies as per the ECIL quality standards and detailing of all components and assemblies.

 Preparing all drawings and technical documents, Indents and Estimation.

 Producing assembly drawings for the parts using mechanical software like Solid works.

 Converting 3D models into Auto CAD and preparing final drawings.
