Chemical Engineer

I graduated with a bachelors of Science in Chemical Engineering from the American University of Sharjah. For the past four years of university life, my aim has been never to miss an opportunity that would help me to enhance in my career. A number of these undertakings, which I believe could contribute well to getting a full-time position with your company, are further elaborated. I worked as a Chemistry Lab Assistant at Austin Community College in Texas back in 2008. This experience enhanced my knowledge of General and Organic Chemistry as I was responsible for setting up experiments and assisting students throughout the lab session. Furthermore, in summer 2010, I undertook an internship with Baker Hughes (Drilling fluids). This training program helped develop my theoretical and technical engineering skills as I was exposed to real life engineering problems. I also worked as a Research Lab Assistant at the AUS which involved performing controlled lab experiments for various projects funded by the Chemical Engineering Research Department and other research foundations. Finally, I have completed a second internship with Baker Hughes (C.W.I) during the summer of 2012 that strongly assisted me in building upon what I had learned in my first internship and helped me gain further technical experience in this field.
