• Preparing and implemented for WCDMA feature as ( Multi Carrier HSDPA, Direct Retry to GSM, RNC RRC load control, Dynamic HSDPA and Non HSDPA load sharing, Eul 2 Ms TTI, 64 QAM, 2G to 3G Handover )

• WCDMA system Capacity Design (Channel Elements, Codes, Carriers andInterfaces), issuing capacity upgrade requests whenever needed.
• Responsible for the drive test analysis and taking the necessary action to improve thePerformance of the assigned geographical area.
• Evaluate and adapt new methods and technologies regarding radio NetworkOptimization, Features, Trials and Tuning.
• WCDMA system Performance Indicators and Statistics.
• Analyzing log files using TEMS 11.0 and Actix spot light.

• Work as Coordinator and team leader for Maintenance Level 1 Engineering Department who responsible for all team job and coordinates with other technical departments in the company like Radio, RAN and DIG.

• Maintenance and Transmission field Engineer.
• Working includes installation, troubleshooting, upgrade, downgrade, acceptance, and reconfiguration of RBS from Master-Master to Master-Extension & vice versa and Commissioning on Line Ericsson's indoor and outdoor sites using (2202, 2102, 2106, 2106/V3, 2206, 2206/V2, 2116, 2216, 3206, 6301, 6201, 6101 & 6102) Macro RBSs and (2308, 2309, 2109, 2111, 3518, 3418, 3018 and 3308) Micro RBSs.
• Working includes Microwave links (Mini-link E, TN) line of site (LOS) survey, installation, configuration, acceptance and troubleshooting.
• Implementation of new 2G RBSs:
* Install all needed connections for RBS "L.L., Feeders, Power connection".
* Prepare and install new IDBs for new 2G sites.
• Implementation of new 3G RBSs:
* Prepare and install the Node B whatever its type.
* Supply the Node B with power.
* Install the transmission media E1 and Ethernet cable.
* Load new software for CBU.
* Make the basic configuration for the Node B such as cabinet type, number of sectors, transmission media and used boards.
* Load the O&M script file.

• Implementation of new 6000 RBSs:
* Install all needed hardware and its connections on the 6000 cabinet such as DUG, DUW, RUS and SHU.
* Load new software for the flash card.
* Prepare and install new IDB.
* Load new software for DUW.
* Load the O&M script file for DUW.
• Implementation of new Mini-link E microwave link:
* Install needed AMM and supply it with power.
* Install all needed boards and make the needed AMM, Hub configuration.
• Implementation of new TN microwave link:
* Install needed AMM 2p, 6p and supply it with power.
* Install all needed boards ETU, NPU and MMU.
