Primarily responsible to monitor fleet vehicle movement & maintenance. Schedule Preventative Maintenance Inspections and reviews the results, monitors repairs, and performs vehicle audits to ensure mechanics adhere to safety, regulatory and appearance standards.Coordinate preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on company vehicles. Processes all vehicle related documentation into the Fleet Management System and file records. Monitors safety procedures and fuel requirements, Assists in smooth vehicle replacement. Maintains the fleet data processing by scheduling preventative maintenance inspections and repairs on company vehicles using a Fleet Management System. Coordinate driver leave processing & replacements, breakdown vehicles replacement. Various Reports namely vehicle accident reports, workshop servicing, fleet movement, spare drivers, replacement driver, replacement vehicles, first & second shift daily log, workshop work in progress log. Coordinate with rental bus drivers for company employees transportation from camp to work and back.
