➢ L/T (Light tester) rejects evaluation checks for every hour.
➢ PRESCO and EXTRACTOR reject evaluation checks for every hour.
➢ HIME checks for every hour.
➢ CAN DATE CODE checks for every hour.
➢ Sample CAN comparison with standard for every hour at palletizer.
➢ 50 CANS checks for every four hour referring all the above problems.
➢ Reporting the problems to the Superior if any checks fail in above mentioned and HFI the product.
➢ Conforming all finished pallets at the end of the shifts.
➢ Computing overall production to all lines at the end of every shift.
➢ Documentation of all the above checks for AUDITTINGS.

(for Decorator, Lacquer spraying machine, Necker/ Necker and palletizer) in CROWN JEDDAH BEVERAGE CAN MANUFACTURING FACTORY, P.O. Box 16626, Jeddah-21474, KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA.
(JBCMC) is a joint venture with The Crown Cork and Seal (Middle East European Company). The two-piece can plant has the capability to print can with up to six colors including complex types. It has the flexibility to produce cans of different diameters and sizes, namely,
- 202dia: 375, 355, 330, 300 and 500ml can
- 200dia: 250, 200, 180, and 150ml can
The experience of this company to established international standards of its cans have qualified them for use by leading international soft drinks and fruit juice, and enabled JBCMC to export a considerable percentage of its production.
The combined capacity of all can-making operation exceeds 4 billion aluminum cans of various sizes.
➢ Checking the current condition of mandrel, blanket, Plate cylinder, quality of printing and condition of M/C for every 5 min.
➢ Viscosity checks for Bottom Rim Coating (BRC) and Over varnish.
➢ Conforming the application of Over varnish (i.e., full coverage to the circumference) to the can by muffle check twice a shift.
➢ Fixing label changes settings (labels such as PEPSI, DIET PEPSI, CRYSTAL COLA, 7UP, 7UP FREE, MIRINDA CITRUS ect ) according to the production requirement pallets for each label.
➢ Checking Over varnish film weight to the can for twice a shift and maintaining constant level of varnish consumption.
➢ Checking Lacquer film weight to the can for twice a shift and maintaining constant level of lacquer consumption.
➢ Reducing the consumption of Ink, Over varnish and Lacquer for all shift as per the CROWN standard.
➢ Recording the tripping of M/C for each hour and calculating Spoilage at the end of the shift.
➢ Recording the various damaged cans by Necker/ Necker.
➢ On-site breakdown investigation and reporting.
➢ Installation and repair ect.
