Design, Develop, Improve & Maintain HR Management practices across the organization on all aspects as Organization Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefits Strategy and Performance Management & Rewarding System.
Reporting to: Managing Director
❑ Develop various HR policies and procedures for management approval and communicate them to all employees to ensure their full awareness.
❑ Design, Develop & plan annual budget and ensure it is aligned with HR objectives and strategy.
❑ Evaluate and develop compensation programs and salary structures ensuring their internal and external competitiveness in order to retain and attract qualified calibers.
❑ Assess company benefits schemes quality and develop to meet employees' needs and ensuring it is aligned with HR budget.
❑ Manage, audit & administer performance management programs for proper professional implementation, two way dialogue and maintain the clear objectives awareness from employee side.
❑ Ensure proper delivery of the needed information for career planning and TNA and annual increase of employees' salaries.
❑ Manage periodical salary survey and present results to management and employees to inform them our competitiveness within market trends.
❑ Approve, publish & update company internal communication to avail all company processes, policies & procedures for existing and newly hired employees.
❑ Administer, audit & approve Job Analysis & Job Description to ensure availability for all position in order to guarantee that all employees are aware of their rights and duties as appropriate.
❑ Conduct Job Evaluation in coordination with evaluation committee to create clear and comprehensive Job Classification Matrix and map it with Salaries to have concrete salary structure.
