Nature of the works:
* The working period with Fino Company includes execution of number of important projects inside the United Arab Emirates and also at Qatar sate
some of these work are as explained below:
1- All the finishing work in Sheikh Khalifa Tower ( previously Burj Dubai) for three divisions as follows:
1st Package F.O.H: BURJ KHALIFA Front of House- GIORGIO ARMANI Public Area
2nd Package S05: GIORGIO ARMANI Hotel (144 rooms) & Apartments (160 rooms)
3rd Package S15: EMAAR -Alaabr Executive Suites Offices- boutique office
And since the project was including mostly the works that fall under my responsibility during the first stages of work such as ( Floors & fabric walls panales & lather walls panales & fabric for saling )- and during the second stage ( fixing of furniture and final handing over ) my role in this completion of work have been as follows:
The First Stage:
A- The pricing stage which includes the estimation of Quantities of the required materials and manpower or labors required for execution of the project according to a complete work plan for all the work activities and also to calculate initial costs.
B- The study of project engineering drawings for purpose of estimation of the required materials to be used such as cloth for walls and ceilings. And also leather and vinyl for floors including any other materials which may be necessary for execution.
C- After determination of the required, then we made contact with suppliers shall be commenced in order to obtain the best offers and cost Quotations and to decide the supply periods.
D- We visited and received site and commence the preparation works and mobilization period which for 21 months, then to commence the finishing works for other 14 months period, during this period the average working hours daily is not less than 16 hours.
