Sujet : Les installations du quai N°2 sont automatisées par des API 'Télémécanique' série 7 d'ancienne génération. Nous envisageons de remplacer ces systèmes par d'autres de nouvelle génération, de marque Allen Bradley; Plus un nouveau système de supervision.
✓ Etablir la liste des E/S des API 'PE4_C02' et 'PQ2_C01'.
✓ Etablir l'architecture propre pour chaque API en faisant paraitre le réseau de terrain retenu pour chacune.
✓ Etablir l'architecture globale du système proposé en faisant paraitre le système de supervision et la communication entre les deux (02) API.
✓ Etablir les programmes nécessaires pour le pilotage de l'ensemble des installations du quai N°2.
✓ Etude technico-économique pour l'évaluation du coût d'investissement .


Supervising by InTouch, a system of sorting.

This project aim is to predict the failures that may occur in the automated systems during production. Therefore, the realization of the supervision for an automatic sorting system by INTOUCH :
- Realize the GRAFCET under UNITY PRO.
- Realize the implementation of the sorting system under INTOUCH.
- Communication between INTOUCH and UNITY PRO with the OPC server.

Analysing the Genetic Algorithms method, in Control Systems Engineering.

The identification of the mathematical model of the dynamic system desired from processed data and the knowledge available.

Using the 'least squares' method, which allows comparison of the last processed data. Usually affected by errors of measurement, the new mathematical model is intended to give a more pertinent description of the data.
Presentation of the example of the most representative method which is, the application of this 'Genetical Algorithm' method, to a first-order system.

Application using 'Genetic Algorithms' which goal is to obtain an approximate solution to an optimized problem, where there is no exact method (or the solution is unknown) to solve it in reasonable time.
