Have about 31 years experiences in the Oil / Gas industry in various sector, specializing in Project Management, Contract Management, Operations and Project Services roles working as part of a 'key personnel team' where inputs would assist with developing, planning and starting up projects for green and brown field primarily supporting management with optional schedule and cost development options targeting best project development options for delivering a project esp in Field Development Plan. Planning, Contracting and Offshore experiences have given valuable impact in the development of optimum schedule.

Has the experience in overseeing project from conceptual engineering to commissioning of green field project eg Baram South and Kumang. The key challenge is interfacing with various departments and authorities to meet the requirements of the stakeholders and clients. All issues were mitigated and resolved. Also has the experienced in managing EPCC contracts in the development of Marginal field where the key challenge is
the interfacing of activities between contractors to meet the deadline. All issues were mitigated through constant follow up and regular productive meetings where decision were made for ececution.
Facilitate Project Risk Assessment on most of the green and brown field PETRONAS Carigali projects. Also act as an advisory to project team on the procedures and projects mitigations.

Very knowledgeable in DOSH and DOE Regulatory Requirements.

Prepare the yearly Work Programme & Budget and submit to PETRONAS for approval.

Baram South Project is a 5 year project at an estimate cost of about RM 1 billion

Kumang Project is estimated to cost about RM 1.6 billion.

Ensure that all hook-up projects under the Pipeline Replacement Projects are as per schedule ie check contractors progress and develop mitigation if schedule is behind schedule.
