 Verification and valuation of assets and liabilities

 Verifying LC, PAD, LTR, CC, TL & Others Bank related reconciliation

I joined with Sajeeb Corporation on 6th June, 1998 as Sr. Executive (Accounts). Sajeeb Corporation is engaged with Sales, Marketing & Distributions and Export of hygienic world class food items like Drinks Powder, Juice, Jelly, Ketchup, Testing Salt, Samai, Noodles, Candi etc under the brand of TANG, SHEZAN, TOP, NOCILLA, KOLSON Macaroni & Kolson Vermicelli. It is allso engaged with production of SHEZAN & TOP branded Juice, Jelly, Samai etc through its sister concern in technical collaboration with SHEZAN INTERNATIONAL LTD, Pakistan.

Accounting / Recording System:

We are recording all the transactions of Sajeeb Corporation in a customized, 19 (Nineteen) user Integrated Software and also reporting to the all authority form this software.

Income Tax Management:

I am able to make Income Tax Files of manufacturing, trading, personal nature and also able to submit return, as well as papers & documents to the Income Tax Authority at the time of hearing & Tax assessment.


VAT Management:

I am able to make Price declaration, attend in hearing, preparation of monthly return etc on sales from our various store / delivery point, and dealing with the respective VAT authority.

Computer & Software Knowledge:

I have sound operating knowledge on MS word and MS Excel. I am supervising and operating a 19 (Nineteen) user software with Sajeeb Corporation, in addition to that I have general operating knowledge on accounting software named troyee and tally. I am also able to customized accounting software for all kind of organization on the basis of business nature and policy for achievement maximum required reporting which are required for analysis and decision making.


Capability:

I am able to rearrange the accounting system of all kind of business and redesign the job responsibility of accounting persons for establishment of internal control system and to obtain maximum reporting and analyzing points which are always essential for evaluation of the business and business policy in the competitive business environment.
