➢ Rohm and Haas is a 65 billion leading US admired organization engaged in manufacturing specialty chemicals around the globe. I have joined this company to augment Lab project support and quality systems to build India manufacturing facility for Latex Polymer & Adhesives. The company has more focus on safe work environment in company, community & at home also. To achieve this goal we have programs of Safety journey. Our company is the first in APR to got board of director awards for zero injury in last three years. To achieve this we have tools like Management of Change (MOC) review, Behavior Safety Samples, Root Cause analysis, Monthly safety meetings, Hazard Recognition Training (HRT), Virtual incident investigation etc.
➢ Set up & commissioning of newly manufacturing facility at Chennai.
➢ We also certified for ISO 9001:2000, 14000 & BS 18000 systems, Responsible Care, 5S.
➢ Participation in round robin testing around the globe.
➢ In the first six month of operation we have implemented SAP for newly Commissioned manufacturing facility and ware houses in India.

➢ Knowledge of environmental air, water and soil sampling and its analysis.

➢ Completed training in fire and safety measures to be taken in chemical industry hazards and company had achieved a goal of million man hours without loss time injuries (LTI) at least 10 times and bagged many national as well as international safety awards.
