2. Intuit Quickbooks Installation - I handled both customer service calls such as account and product inquiries, and technical support wherein I walked the customer through the entire software installation and make sure that it's working; otherwise do basic and advanced troubleshoot. The role also entails upsell on support plans so the customer can get support for all their software concerns.

3. Qwest DSL - I helped the customers diagnose and troubleshoot modem and Internet connection
problems, as well as selling speed upgrades to make sure they get the best service offer.
