I have been an Admin Controller for close to five years. I have done manual wages, petty cash reckons and its balancing, ordering of stationery and groceries for two branches.

I also used to raise orders on SAP for all the suppliers including for truck rental.

I was the chairperson of skills and development and making sure that the employees are trained with accredited service providers in the branch.

I used to also arrange meetings and refreshments.

I used to assist the HR Manager during hearings and polygraph tests as an interpreter

Dealt with petty cash, it’s balancing and reckons.
Submission of injury on duty forms for permanent staff to the compensation commissioner.
Order and control stationery and grocery for the branch.
Kept register for monthly staff and managed their files and send sick notes to Head office.
Always asked to interpret for staff in Setwana/Sepedi or English when we have disciplinary hearings, counseling sessions, or polygraph tests.
Relieved the receptionist at the switchboard once a week during her lunch break.
Was Chairperson of the Skills and Development committee in the branch.
Book boardroom for meetings and arrange refreshments for meetings and trainings
