I started working Grocery General Assistant at Shoprite Store, where by i was responsible for quite few things like Packing the Shelves, Packing the Stock room, Receiving DC and Tight-uping the floor. i also involved myself when the Stocktake is taking place and ended been 1 to be recommended. Again i involved myself in doing the PI's hich is Scanning. I moved to Game store where i started working on the sales floor for few months then i was moved to Service Centre where i was orking as Service Centre Assistant. In Service Centre i wa dealing with Repairs, Quotations, CCV's, Telephone,Follow ups, Customers, and Suppliers.
It was such a challenging Experience to gain.
I then moved to Vodacom under the Leanership Programme of Business Administration where i haven given a place to work as Device Administrator. I am handling the Testing Process in a way that every New Device it start with me. I receive the Devices, record them in a register, Submit the to the Testing Guys, Make follow ups on testing status, Communicate with the Suppliers about the Necessary information of the device to be forwarded before the Approval issued.
Receive the Approval from the Testing Department then organise with the supplier on the requested information to be forwarded then Send through the Approval of the Device Suppliers so they can started making the device to sell to the trade.
After then i communicate with our supply and demand plannners for their bottom up forecasts.
