Most of my workloads included taking supervisory calls (sup calls) and extending assistance to agents (from their calls to work performances, from their time keeping logs to work ethics). I was also engaged in Sup-Agent “work-withs” and one-on-one discussions with calls and performance logs, coaching my agents for better performance. Since I was the closer sup, I was tasked with the customer escalations and daily account productivity reports, and it included managing files in our database. I have also learned delegation of work amongst team members and assigned team leaders to maximize their potentials.
