 Monitors web reports, data management, analysis and communication of decisions to system end users as well as the mhealth team
 Provides training in mhealth usage to all health workers in southern Province (Program mwana chief trainer)
 Providers technical support Supervision to nine (9) project Data Clerks in nine (9) health facilities
 Follows up on all obstetric emergency cases reported via the SMS system
