I am the Founder and owner of Wezi International & Consulting and also the CEO of the company . This is the time to embark on this journey and bridge up the gap that exist between female and men. Coaching and Training Systems has become the tools that can make an impact and difference in people, be in organisations, in Government, in the community and in families. Wezi International is focusing on management coaching and mentoring systems. The need is arising of reaching and exploring beyond boarders.
I have experience in training, coaching, and mentoring people from the Corporate and private environment . I started my business whilst working. I have trained a lot of women in management, Personal Assistants and Executive Secretaries and also Office Manager who are still finding their feet in the corporate world. Training women in management was and still is an eye opener for me and I have developed a burning desire

I had to introduce the secretarial forum to the secretaries within the Ministry of Health. Thereafter a committee was chosen with a view to manage the forum. A standard constitution was drawn up to formalise the forum and was approved by the ministry

IMirkone in conjunction with Ered Carpet Company in Botswana organized the secretaries awards for the first time and it was a success

The above book will be launched soon. It is a book that will change lives of many PAs. It covers a lot of information that is Corporate related in terms of what is expected of today's PAs etc.
Soon many PAs, Executive Secretaries will find themselves with no jobs because managers and the top executives do their own work. We are living in a world of modern technology which is moving so fast and sometimes I wonder if here in Africa we will cope with its demands and the finance part of it.
I urge every PA in whatever organisation or company to equip themselves with skill that are in demand in order to sustain their position and also to be marketable in future.
