• Interaction with the banks for letter of credit, export documents and its discrepancy
• Executing export documents such as Bill of lading, Freight Invoice, Certificate of origin from chamber of commerce, Phytosanitary & Fumigation Certificate, vessel classification certificate, customs invoice & packing list
• Sending commercial invoice, packing list, Airway bill, flight details to customer for payment
• Ensure correct documentation for import and export according to international rules and regulations
• Monitor shipment clearance status
• Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule
• Negotiating with freight forwarders on both Import & Export rates
• Checking that all the document as on form and archived properly in file net to meet the compliance
• Pre-planning and Maintaining day to day activities on the priority basis.
• Maintaining a MIS report for all the customer and updating it regularly with the status
• Implement branch procedures, methods and documentation
• Ensure prompt, efficient delivery of goods to customers through dealing with internal customer service staff
• Follow up with the collection team for cash in advance order before releasing the order for production
• liaise with customers to ensure customer expectations are achieved
• Liaise with international services staff to ensure appropriate information is provided in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain an effective customer service follow up system by use of a diary detailing all daily tasks and carry forward same.
• Ensure and follow up for stock availability to fulfill the sales orders
• Follow up with the sales manager and sometimes with customer for document required till the order is released for shipment for necessary documents.
• Maintaining confidential company records and vital information
